What you will do

• Process bi-monthly and monthly payrolls end-to-end as part of a small team.
• Analyze and document country-specific payroll control frameworks and processing guidance.
• Provide ad hoc project support and manage relationships with Finance, HR, and payroll providers.
• Perform reconciliations, audits, and support month-end close and reporting for Finance teams.
• Review and optimize payroll processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Handle escalated payroll issues and stay updated on local regulations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience processing payroll across multiple countries
• Experience with global payroll providers/systems, preferably CloudPay
• Ability to take ownership of payroll processes
• Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other formulas)
