Location: Remote from US basecamps (Bozeman/Missoula MT, Austin TX, Denver CO, Kalispell MT, Minneapolis MN, Portland OR, Salt Lake City UT, Seattle WA). Bi-annual travel to corporate office required.
Salary: $100,000–$117,000

What you will do
- Develop and apply marketing measurement frameworks including attribution and incrementality testing through analysis and execution.
- Partner with brand, growth, and lifecycle marketing to evaluate channel effectiveness and provide insights.
- Analyze top-of-funnel metrics to inform day-to-day decisions and connect to downstream outcomes like activation and conversion.
- Design analyses for testing, interpret results, and communicate takeaways to stakeholders.
- Navigate ambiguity, communicate findings, document work, and improve team processes.
- Embed AI responsibly in workflows for repeatable analysis with validation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to deliver insights supporting business decisions using data.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to answer business questions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or related.
- Ability to travel bi-annually for multiple days to corporate office or strategic locations
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python; A/B testing and statistical modeling.
- Strong quantitative skills for trends and recommendations.
- Experience with GA4, MMP/SKAd attribution, market research.
- Marketing frameworks, project management, statistical techniques like regression and forecasting.
