What you will do

• Maintain and cleanse customer databases to identify and resolve outdated or incorrect data.
• Strategically acquire and validate data to close gaps in lead, contact, and account profiles.
• Execute automated workflows for data normalization and develop reporting on database health.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop target audiences for community outreach campaigns.
• Train stakeholders on pipeline building, data hygiene, and reporting best practices.
• Create documentation and training materials for the marketing database team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of applicable experience in data acquisition, mining, and cleansing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Experience with data automation and analytics software, preferably SQL, Alteryx, and PowerBI.
• Understanding of data modeling and relational database management.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Irving, TX.
