What you will do

• Assemble, collate, and finalize electronic and paper tax return packages for delivery.
• Process tax returns during peak deadlines (March/April and September/October) and maintain year-round workflow.
• Organize and maintain client documents through scanning, filing, and document management systems.
• Perform quality checks to ensure proper formatting and adherence to firm standards.
• Generate invoices according to billing policies and assist with coordination.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling and internal/external communications.

Requirements

• Experience with tax return assembly and processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Woodbury, NY.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines during peak seasons.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
