TL;DR

Full-Stack Creator (AI): Build real software, internal tools, demos, and prototypes using frontier AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Gemini with an accent on shipping production-ready work and documenting the process publicly. Focus on creating educational content from builds and leading customer AI workshops to enable operators.

Location: New York City office five days a week (onsite)

Salary: $100K – $150K (offers bonus/equity)

What you will do

• Build software, internal tools, demos, and prototypes using AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Gemini and document publicly.
• Create content including videos, posts, threads, and playbooks explaining builds, tools, and workflows.
• Lead AI workshops, hackathons, and enablement sessions for customers across functions like legal, finance, marketing, ops.
• Stay on the AI frontier, test new models/tools/workflows, and form sharp opinions to inform builds and content.
• Drive the build-content-workshop cadence to compound market presence and customer conversations.

Requirements

• 3+ years building and shipping software using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini or equivalents) that runs in production or for real users
• Strong portfolio of teaching content (videos, posts, playbooks, threads) for technical/AI-curious audiences.
• Deep AI expertise with workflows producing real output, opinions on tools, and awareness of latest developments.
• Experience leading workshops, hackathons, or teaching technical material to non-technical operators.
• Creator instinct to identify and ship compelling content from builds end-to-end.
• Operational discipline to manage parallel builds, content production, and workshops.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering/content for AI-native audiences or Developer Relations.
• Exceptional taste distinguishing demo-quality from scrutiny-proof builds and polished vs. impactful content.
