Salary: $200,000–$225,000 annually

What you will do

• Review complex federal, state, local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S/C corporations, trusts, and estates.
• Build client relationships, design tax planning strategies, and conduct research for compliance and opportunities.
• Lead international tax compliance including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118; advise on GILTI, Subpart F, BEAT, FDII, §367 transfers, structuring, and repatriation.
• Prepare technical memoranda on international tax and treaty positions; collaborate across service lines for integrated solutions.
• Supervise, mentor junior staff, manage project workflows, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements

• CPA license required (JD or LLM in Taxation strongly preferred).
• 7+ years of U.S. international tax experience in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Subchapter N, foreign reporting, cross-border structuring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CCH Axcess.
• Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and client service skills.
