PMO Program Manager

Location: Based in Kraków, Poland (Wadowicka 3), hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: 15,500–17,300 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Drive financial accountability across programs and ensure delivery within budgets
• Design, plan, and execute technical programs aligned with product roadmaps
• Coordinate with Development, Product, Finance, and Operational Excellence teams
• Lead end-to-end program planning including scope, resources, schedule, and milestones
• Manage risks, issues, changes, and governance frameworks with reporting and release processes
• Produce executive reports, dashboards, and facilitate cross-functional alignment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in program or project management
• Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments
• Strong stakeholder management, financial acumen, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; proficiency with Agile tools like JIRA

Nice to have

• PMP and/or Agile certification
• Experience with AI-enabled tools
