What you will do

• Interpret and implement artist recording agreements into the royalty system.
• Review and apply recoupable costs to accounts.
• Manage new release setups, liaising with internal departments for necessary information.
• Prepare royalty statements with high attention to detail.
• Process all due payments by contractual deadlines.
• Communicate directly with artists and representatives to resolve queries via phone, email, or in person.

Requirements

• Educated to minimum A-level standard with good grades.
• Highly organised with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Take initiative and responsibility over workload within team goals.
• Experience managing data and good analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous royalty experience or in music/finance industry.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Passion for music.
