What you will do

• Handle daily reconciliation of US bank accounts and corporate credit cards.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor onboarding in compliance with US tax regulations and invoice recording in NetSuite.
• Process and review employee expense reimbursement reports via Expensify.
• Manage AR billing and assist with collection processes.
• Perform end-of-month (EOM) procedures, including bank verification and monthly accruals.
• Collaborate daily with US-based colleagues, vendors, and banking partners in English.

Requirements

• Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2 minimum) with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
• Experience bookkeeping for a US entity (Inc.), including work with US banks and vendors.
• Proficiency in NetSuite is a must.
• High level of English (C1) for daily written and verbal communication.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and proficiency with Excel.
• Available for a Part-time position (60%–80% FTE).
