What you will do

• Support and maintain cloud infrastructure, applications, and platform services across AWS and Azure
• Monitor platform health, performance, reliability, and troubleshoot issues
• Design, build, and maintain scalable Terraform infrastructure and reusable modules
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows
• Collaborate with development teams on deployments, operational processes, and cloud architecture initiatives
• Enhance security, governance, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, and cost optimization through automation
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, documentation, and on-call rotation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with systems, infrastructure, or network administration
• 2+ years operating infrastructure in AWS environments
• Experience with networking, DNS, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, observability
• Proficiency with Terraform, IaC in Git, scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours outside standard business hours

Nice to have

• Associate degree in technical field or equivalent
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, Developer Associate)
• Experience administering Linux/Windows, Active Directory/identity management
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
• Quick learning of new technologies and desire for continuous growth
