ADAS/AD Systems Engineer (Automotive)

TL;DR

ADAS/AD Systems Engineer (Automotive): Develop automated driving technologies from concept level to production sign-off by working on requirements, systems design & modeling, simulation of ADAS/AD features. Focus on defining functional/non-functional requirements with performance KPIs, designing features according to standards and legislations, and scenario-based development/testing.

Location: Istanbul, Turkey (onsite). Willingness to frequent and long-term travel abroad required.

What you will do

• Develop and define functional/non-functional requirements of ADAS/AD features with performance KPIs.
• Design ADAS/AD features according to standards and legislations using system and domain knowledge.
• Perform ADAS/AD systems specification, modeling, testing, simulation, documentation, and maintenance of scenarios.
• Collaborate with hirify.global Global experts to stay updated on latest technologies and industry trends.
• Participate in R&D activities for safe and fascinating driving experiences.

Requirements

• Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English and German.
• BSc in Electronics, Controls, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automotive engineering or related; preferably MSc or PhD.
• Strong understanding of ADAS/AD fundamentals (functions, algorithms, architectures).
• Experience in system engineering, ADAS/AD scenario-based development, simulation, and AI-based applications.
• Experience with requirements tools (Codebeamer, PTC Integrity, Polarion, DOORS) or simulation tools (hirify.global Scenario Simulator, CarMaker).
• Good knowledge of ADAS/AD safety standards, ISO 26262, and ISO 21448.

Nice to have

• Programming experience (Python, C#, etc.).
