Location: Onsite at Esenyurt Technology Center in Istanbul, Türkiye; candidates should live close to the site and be available for 24/7 shift work, including nights and weekends.

What you will do

• Operate the Esenyurt Technology Center continuously and maintain service availability without outages.
• Monitor alarms and daily status across power, cooling, cabling, and other infrastructure systems.
• Perform preventive checks, coordinate corrective actions, and supervise vendor troubleshooting through the maintenance service provider.
• Commission and integrate new energy and cooling systems and maintain equipment layouts and technical drawings.
• Track capacity, performance, installation quality, SLAs, and KPIs; prepare weekly operational and energy reports.
• Support customer requests, technical presentations, site visits, tender documentation, audits, and HSE activities.

Requirements

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data center, telecom, mission-critical building, or GSM/IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of energy infrastructure, power systems, high-capacity air-conditioning systems, cabling, and technology center layout planning.
• Very good English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher; Turkish is required for customer presentations and site visits.
• Customer-oriented, results-driven, adaptable, solution-focused, and able to work effectively with internal customers, external customers, and vendors.
• Availability for 24/7 shift work, including night and weekend shifts, and residence close to the Esenyurt Technology Center.
