Base salary: $150,000–$180,000 + equity

What you will do

• Drive launch readiness end-to-end: build project plans, define criteria, run syncs, monitor post-launch feedback
• Partner with Product and Engineering: evaluate roadmap impact, translate technical work into operational requirements
• Own Ops roadmap to Product: synthesize asks, quantify impact (revenue, retention, efficiency), drive prioritization
• Build scalable launch runbooks and processes for future growth

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in product operations, project management, technical program management, or similar cross-functional role
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering in sprint-based environments
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with stakeholders and dependencies
• Strong track record driving initiatives from ambiguity to execution
• Ability to translate technical work into operational impact
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
