Location: Redmond, United States (Hybrid: expected to work from the office at least 4 days per week)

Salary: $119,800 – $234,700 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of complex, scalable AI features to enhance user experience.
• Own user-facing features end-to-end, from requirements and technical design to implementation and rollout.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate vision into intuitive UI.
• Drive architectural decisions focusing on performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
• Perform design and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and mentor other engineers.
• Integrate AI tools like GitHub Copilot Pro and Claude Code into the engineering workflow to accelerate development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding (JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java, or Python).
• Strong expertise in React, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid understanding of web performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Must be based in the US and able to work from the Redmond office at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 6-8+ years of total technical engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically building production web applications.
