What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered systems and internal platforms across the company.
• Integrate LLMs and AI capabilities into internal workflows, products, and automation tools.
• Develop scalable AI architectures, APIs, and orchestration systems.
• Improve developer productivity through AI-assisted workflows and tooling.
• Directly manage a web developer focused on AI-enabled internal tools.
• Define governance, reliability, and security standards for AI systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of strong software engineering background building production systems.
• Proven experience with modern AI technologies, LLM integrations, AI agents, and RAG systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, backend architectures, and scalable services.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
