What you will do
- Design and build LLM pipelines, AI agents, and RAG-based systems using structured output and tool calling.
- Develop and maintain production-grade Python services using Django, Celery, and Redis.
- Validate product hypotheses through real-world data analysis and experimentation.
- Measure and optimize LLM quality, performance, and operational costs.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to scale AI-powered solutions.
Requirements
- English: B2-C1 level required
- Russian: C1 level required
- Location: Must be based outside of Russia and Belarus
- Strong experience building production-grade LLM applications.
- Hands-on expertise with RAG, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering.
- Solid Python backend background including PostgreSQL and asynchronous programming.
Nice to have
- Experience with vector databases like Qdrant or pgvector.
- Knowledge of fine-tuning models or text classification.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, gRPC, or Go.
