What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of internal agent libraries and central agent runtimes.
• Develop agent loop architectures, including prompt orchestration and tool invocation.
• Architect agent memory layers for conversation history and long-term persistent memory.
• Establish evaluation disciplines using golden traces and regression evals.
• Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI).
• Collaborate with UI/UX and game teams to translate production workflows into AI solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with recent focus on AI/LLM systems.
• Expertise in Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy).
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and vector databases.
• Proven experience designing and operating agent loops in production.
• Experience with agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Pydantic AI.
• English: C1 (fluency) is required for communication with global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience running local LLMs via vLLM, Ollama, or llama.cpp.
• Contributions to open-source agent harnesses.
• Deep experience with agent frameworks beyond the prototype stage.
