What you will do

• Design, implement, and improve operational workflows across SMN, standardizing processes for consistency across regions.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, translating them into scalable solutions.
• Automate manual processes using AI tools and collaborate with Tech/Data teams on implementations.
• Partner with stakeholders including Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align operations with business needs.
• Define and track KPIs for operational efficiency, using data to drive improvements.
• Maintain operational playbooks and ensure process adoption.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM)
• 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media/marketing operations, or production management in fast-paced digital organizations
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation
• Comfortable with data analysis and defining KPIs
• Hands-on mindset for quick strategy-to-execution transition
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable
• Familiarity with AI tools for operational efficiency
