TL;DR
Change Manager (Cybersecurity): Designing and executing end-to-end change management strategies to ensure the adoption of security initiatives across a global organization with an accent on stakeholder engagement and behavioral change. Location: Hybrid in Valencia, Spain. Must be based in Valencia and work aligned with New York hours (15:00 to 23:00 Spain time)

What you will do
- Design and execute end-to-end change management strategies aligned with cybersecurity initiatives.
- Engage stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment, readiness, and sustained adoption.
- Create communication, training, and engagement plans that translate complex technical concepts into impactful actions.
- Define and track KPIs to ensure change initiatives deliver real behavioral and business outcomes.
- Lead initiatives end-to-end, working closely with leadership to influence key decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of extensive experience in Change Management leading full lifecycle initiatives.
- Exposure to cybersecurity, risk, or technology programs.
- Strong foundation in Change Management methodologies such as Prosci or CCMP.
- English: C1 level required for daily collaboration with global stakeholders.
- Availability for hybrid work in Valencia and alignment with US (New York) working hours.
