What you will do

• Lead OT/AD domain migrations and infrastructure upgrades across global manufacturing sites.
• Manage site-level activities including backlog, resources, execution, and 2026 milestones.
• Coordinate global application upgrades, integrations, and GxP-compliant QA strategies.
• Engage stakeholders like site heads, QA, and IT teams for buy-in and conflict resolution.
• Monitor progress, report risks/issues, and implement mitigations.
• Industrialize repeatable migration processes with standardized checklists and controls.

Requirements

• Significant OT experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong pharma background in regulated sites.
• Extensive GxP project experience with GMP compliance and validation knowledge.
• Proven multi-site global IT/OT migration project management.
• Excellent stakeholder management with site leadership and QA.
• Strong risk management, reporting, and escalation in international matrix environments.
• Understanding of Active Directory migrations and OT integrations.

Nice to have

• Track record in large-scale domain migrations or OT modernization in life sciences.
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures.
• PMP, Prince2, or similar certification.
