TL;DR

AI Engineer (Azure/Databricks): Building and improving production-grade AI agents and applications for business use cases with an accent on agentic frameworks, RAG solutions, and enterprise integrations. Focus on designing robust workflows, optimizing retrieval patterns, and implementing scalable AI interfaces.

Location: Hybrid (Katowice HUB, Poland)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain AI agents using Python and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Design and implement RAG-style solutions using Azure AI Search and Databricks.
  • Develop integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, and document-processing workflows.
  • Build APIs and applications for testing and chat-based interactions using FastAPI.
  • Contribute to deployment, observability, and CI/CD patterns for AI solutions in Azure and Databricks.
  • Collaborate in a Scrum team with stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or machine learning engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Azure and Databricks.
  • Knowledge of PySpark, SQL, Git, and GitHub Actions.
  • Practical experience with agent frameworks, LLM-based workflows, and RAG concepts.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Katowice HUB (hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Copilot Studio, MCPs, or MLflow.
  • Knowledge of observability or container-based deployments.
