What you will do

• Architect, develop, and deploy autonomous and human-in-the-loop AI agents for production use.
• Design multi-agent systems, including planning strategies, memory management, and workflow orchestration using modern frameworks.
• Implement RAG and semantic search pipelines, including indexing strategies and optimization.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures to support scalable AI workflows.
• Develop and integrate agent tools, APIs, and system connectors for seamless interaction with external services.
• Establish end-to-end observability, including tracing and performance metrics, and build automated testing for agents and prompts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including writing structured, testable code.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Solid understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization technologies.
