What you will do
- Own the CRM strategy across email and retention channels.
- Build and optimize Klaviyo campaigns, flows, and segmentation.
- Improve subscriber retention and reduce churn to increase customer LTV.
- Analyze CRM performance data to identify new growth opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with growth, brand, and product teams.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on Klaviyo experience within a D2C business.
- Strong understanding of retention and subscription-based business models.
- Experience building automated flows and lifecycle campaigns.
- Ability to write commercially effective email copy.
- Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid setup (3 days in office).
