Location: Hybrid in London (3 days office-based)

Salary: £50,000–£60,000

What you will do

  • Own the CRM strategy across email and retention channels.
  • Build and optimize Klaviyo campaigns, flows, and segmentation.
  • Improve subscriber retention and reduce churn to increase customer LTV.
  • Analyze CRM performance data to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with growth, brand, and product teams.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on Klaviyo experience within a D2C business.
  • Strong understanding of retention and subscription-based business models.
  • Experience building automated flows and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Ability to write commercially effective email copy.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid setup (3 days in office).
