What you will do

• Build and develop HR reporting and people analytics structures
• Administer and improve HRIS landscape while ensuring data quality and consistency
• Prepare complex analyses, reports, and insights for HR Business Partners and leadership
• Translate HR data into actionable recommendations for decision-making
• Drive HR-related projects and process improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting and system needs

Requirements

• Experience with HR data, processes, and systems
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills
• Understanding of statistics and data modeling
• Experience supporting and developing HRIS systems
• Knowledge of data protection in HR
• Analytical thinking, structured working, clear communication, and stakeholder orientation
