What you will do

• Perform routine and planned maintenance on all plant and machinery to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor and schedule maintenance activities in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
• Act as the first point of contact for all site repairs and maintenance needs.
• Manage and supervise external contractors and service providers on site.
• Support the installation, commissioning, and improvement of new equipment and plant efficiency.
• Oversee infrastructure maintenance, including buildings, yard, roads, and drainage.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must be based in or around Leeds.
