What you will do

• Design high-impact short videos for social platforms including Meta, YouTube Shorts, TikTok;
• Generate and iterate ideas with marketing team to improve message clarity and visual impact;
• Analyze ad performance retrospectively to refine creatives;
• Use AI tools like Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, ElevenLabs for video generation, enhancement, and ideation;
• Experiment with new AI tools, effects, and workflows to boost production efficiency;
• Analyze competitors' ads and trends to stay ahead in creative patterns;
• Adapt to agile environment, switching between squads and campaign types.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in similar position;
• Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro;
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, and pacing;
• Experience with AI tools for creative production (image/video generation, voiceover, animation, editing);
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and creating visuals that communicate marketing messages;
• Modular editing approach: analyzing, merging, remixing elements;
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, self-organization, time management;
• Basic Figma skills.

• Spotting emerging content formats, hooks, cultural signals;
• Integrating AI tools into workflows;
• Understanding creative performance metrics and data-informed iteration;
