What you will do

• Create high-quality video content blending AI tools and traditional workflows.
• Generate and refine video concepts using AI for video generation, image-to-video, compositing, and editing.
• Apply cinematography, storytelling, pacing, and editing principles to elevate AI-generated content.
• Experiment with AI workflows to improve quality, consistency, and creative expression.
• Integrate AI assets into projects while maintaining brand integrity and narrative impact.
• Collaborate with creatives, project managers, and customers to deliver compelling video outputs.

Requirements

• 3–6 years in video production, filmmaking, or post-production.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling, cinematography, or editing.
• Experience with Generative AI tools for video/image creation and workflow integration.
• Strong video craft foundation: composition, lighting, motion, pacing, editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent.
• Solid English communication skills for briefs and creative articulation.
