Salary: €3,300 – €4,300 gross per month

What you will do

• Design high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Gaming Apps, and other marketing channels.
• Edit long-form and short-form videos, including YouTube content, Meta ads, hooks, and UGC-style edits.
• Create motion graphics and light animations to bring visual designs to life.
• Analyze performance metrics in collaboration with marketers to iterate on creative assets.
• Pitch and test new visual concepts and ad formats from a senior strategic perspective.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects while maintaining top-tier quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in graphic design and video editing within a performance marketing environment.
• High proficiency in After Effects.
• Deep understanding of Meta ad performance and creative strategy.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian is required.
• Ability to use data and AI tools to make visuals more effective and appealing.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a focus on audience attention and retention.
