What you will do

• Convert creative briefs and scripts into platform-ready short-form videos for Meta channels and YouTube.
• Produce 5–10 concept variations per brief, experimenting with hooks, openings, and pacing.
• Utilize AI tools alongside editing and motion design skills to generate and assemble content efficiently.
• Iterate quickly based on performance data to optimize content effectiveness.
• Translate emerging short-form platform trends into relevant creative assets for the target audience.
• Manage full-cycle production from pre-production through post-production for social videos, podcasts, and case study films.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on video shooting and editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to produce clean, well-paced video content independently.
• Solid understanding of paid and organic short-form content and scroll-stopping hooks.
• Working familiarity with AI video and image generation tools.
• Natural storytelling instinct with an intuitive grasp of hook, build, and payoff.
• Ability to produce high-volume content at speed without requiring perfect conditions.
