What you will do

• Provide technical support and act as an escalation point for EDC system requests.
• Triage, assess, and resolve Service Desk tickets to ensure timely delivery of quality service.
• Develop and implement EDC User Support processes and procedures.
• Manage user accounts, site access, and EDC module configurations.
• Handle study start-up and close-out activities related to EDC systems.
• Conduct technology assessments for browser compatibility within the EDC system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of practical experience using EDC products such as Medidata Rave or Data Labs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows environment.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian.
