Location: Hybrid in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Ability to work weekends and varying shifts between 6:00 am - 5:00 pm (5 days work, 2 days off). May require obtaining a gaming license from state agency.

Requirements
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Prior online customer support or relevant experience.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Availability for weekends and varying shifts 6am-5pm.
