TL;DR

D365 CE CRM Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform): Developing enterprise digital transformation services for a large public sector organization with an accent on CRM customization, Power Platform integration, and C# .NET plugin development. Focus on building user-focused services in an agile environment, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring junior developers.

Location: Hybrid (60% office, 40% home). Must be eligible for Security Clearance (must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years). Available offices: Swansea, Bristol, Newcastle, Nottingham, Oldham, Leeds, Birmingham, or Yeading.

Salary: £44,241 - £62,997 + 28.97% employer pension contribution

hirify.global is recruiting for a large, established public sector organisation undergoing an enterprise digital transformation.

What you will do

  • Develop and customize D365 CE, Field Service, and Power Platform solutions.
  • Write C# .NET and JavaScript plugin code.
  • Build Power Automate flows and Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas Apps).
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver user-focused services in an agile environment.
  • Coach and mentor software developers and test engineers to develop their skills.

Requirements

  • Proven development experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
  • Proficiency in C# .NET and JavaScript for plugin development.
  • Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Eligibility for Security Clearance: must have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years and not been absent for more than 30 days at a time.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power Pages.
