ERP Service Designer (D365)

TL;DR

ERP Service Designer (D365): Support the design and optimisation of D365 ERP services across a large-scale transformation programme with an accent on identifying delivery gaps, service issues, and operational improvements. Focus on collaborating with programme leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams to shape service design frameworks, governance, and scalable support models.

Location: Glasgow / Hybrid with regular travel to Glasgow as required

Rate: £500 - £600 per day (Outside IR35)

What you will do

• Support design and optimisation of D365 ERP services in a large-scale programme
• Identify delivery gaps, service issues, and operational improvements with programme leadership
• Collaborate with Product Owners, teams, and third-party suppliers to enhance delivery
• Contribute to service design frameworks, governance, and operational readiness
• Support end-to-end ERP implementation across business and technology workstreams
• Engage stakeholders across operational, technical, and leadership teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as Service Designer in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environments
• Strong understanding of ERP transformation and enterprise service delivery
• Experience in large-scale business transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work across technical and operational teams
• Experience identifying programme gaps, service challenges, and process improvements
• Previous work with implementation partners and third-party providers
• Flexible approach to hybrid working with regular travel to Glasgow
