What you will do

• Build long-term, trust-based client relationships by understanding priorities and goals.
• Create personalized and actionable financial plans integrating advice with products and services.
• Guide clients through financial complexities and life transitions to achieve their goals.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and adherence to strict regulatory requirements.
• Partner with the practice to develop new client relationships and revenue streams via integrated marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Securities registration (Series 7 and 66 or Series 7, 63 and 65) and resident state Life, Health and Annuities registration.
• Must be based in and work onsite 5 days per week in Montgomeryville and Boyertown, PA.
• 2+ years of experience with hirify.global or equivalent professional work experience.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation (2+ years preferred).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information.
• Satisfactory background check and fingerprinting.

• Previous administrative or secretarial experience.
