Location: Must be based in Washington, USA, with travel required between branch locations and the Tukwila headquarters.

Salary: $22.50–$41.83 hourly ($46,800–$69,300 annually).

What you will do

• Partner with Financial Advisors to execute investment strategies for referred members.
• Offer personalized financial planning, including IRAs and 529 plans, tailored to member risk tolerance.
• Engage in business development and market to the existing book of business to drive sales growth.
• Liaise with mutual fund companies, insurance providers, and broker/dealers to meet client needs.
• Maintain meticulous records to ensure compliance with FINRA and other regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate on branch employee training and provide mentorship to administrative staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the financial industry, including customer-facing roles.
• Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses.
• Ability to travel moderately by car or public conveyance for client meetings.
• Proficient PC skills and working knowledge of investment software.
