What you will do

• Answer client questions on insurance and financial accounts, assist with forms, transactions, and meeting preparation.
• Draft financial plans and reports, enter securities trade orders, and contact clients for service matters.
• Support projects, program administration, and occasional marketing events, including non-business hours.
• Work with Financial Advisors to develop business/marketing plans, generate referrals, and build community among members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or finance
• Must attain SIE, Series 7, Series 66 securities registrations and insurance licensing within 120 days
• Excellent writing, communication, problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• Customer service experience; ability to handle confidential information and work in fast-paced team environment
• Pass pre-employment tests and background verification including fingerprints for FINRA/FBI
