What you will do

• Support daily sales operations including case management, delivery workflows, and CRM troubleshooting, prioritizing issue resolution.
• Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce CRM and CPQ, support new process rollouts with clear documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI for forecasting, lead scoring, and reporting; partner on scalable strategies.
• Manage pricing governance, discount validations, royalty audits, and identify process improvements.
• Deliver sales performance reporting, pipeline health analysis, and maintain dashboards for actionable insights.
• Handle ad hoc analysis for Sales, Finance, and Product teams.

Requirements

• Hybrid working: 40% office based in London
• Proven experience in sales operations or analytics supporting sales teams
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Salesforce tools
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills for diverse audiences including executives
