TL;DR

Wealth Advisor (Retail IRA): Service, retention, sales and development of Retail IRA offerings with an accent on retirement income planning and wealth accumulation. Focus on conducting needs analysis, implementing advanced strategies, and managing ongoing client relationships for mass affluent clients.

Location: Onsite 5 days per week in Boston, MA (121 Seaport Blvd)

Salary: $106,180 - $132,720 USD

What you will do

• Attain production goals through outside sales, needs analysis, and advanced investment strategies for retail IRA clients.
• Maintain expertise in financial securities, investments, and insurance to provide ongoing guidance and planning.
• Manage client relationships as Investment Advisor Representative, measured by asset retention and satisfaction.
• Direct outbound campaigns and service delivery to deliver Voya value proposition.
• Model sales, service best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; 2–5 years financial services experience may substitute
• Required FINRA Series 7, 66 or 65/63; CRPC or ability to obtain soon; MBA/CFP/CFA preferred
• Strong sales, customer relationship experience, retirement planning knowledge, fiduciary standards adherence.
• Inbound/outbound calling, leadership traits, work ethic.
