What you will do
- Manage and nurture a designated client portfolio as a technical expert and specialist.
- Analyze usage data and metrics to identify and implement remedial actions for proactive maintenance.
- Configure -specific solutions based on unique customer requirements.
- Review the impact of new features and fixes against organizational customer needs.
- Troubleshoot errors, bugs, and technical hurdles while advising on best practice optimizations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and propose improvements to the change management process.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical field or related business discipline.
- Strong technical data skills, including SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases.
- Proven ability in gathering and interpreting requirements to match product capabilities.
- Strong business communication skills and the ability to empathize with customer needs.
