What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between customer mission support entities.
• Coordinate communications and track readiness issues impacting client missions.
• Maintain and update client SharePoint sites and relevant databases.
• Manage equipment orders and shipments for domestic and international field activities.
• Perform calendar management and coordinate high-level meetings for client leadership.

Requirements

• Must have TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one of employment.
• 11+ years of experience in tactical communications or systems integration.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or communications (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and working knowledge of SharePoint.
• Experience with domestic and international shipping of technical materials.
• ITIL certification is required.

Nice to have

• Military or former staff experience.
• PMP certification.
• OCONUS travel experience.
• Experience as a Senior Operations and Technical Manager.
