What you will do

• Administer and maintain Windows systems supporting mission networks.
• Perform real-time monitoring and troubleshooting of system, network, and application issues.
• Manage user accounts, group policies, and access controls in compliance with DoD directives.
• Install and maintain servers, routers, switches, and Type 1 encryption devices.
• Enforce cybersecurity standards using DISA STIGs, IAVAs, and patch management.
• Maintain detailed system documentation and coordinate 24/7 shift turnovers.

Requirements

• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance (ability to obtain CI polygraph within 60 days).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in classified IT services and networking.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, GSEC, CCNA).
• Experience with Windows Server operating systems and virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity standards and STIGs.
• Ability to support shift-based schedules to maintain continuous 24/7 mission coverage.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Cisco or Juniper routing and switching technologies.
• Experience with Type 1 cryptographic devices (KG-series).
• Advanced certifications such as CASP+, CISSP, or CCNP Security.
• Previous experience supporting intelligence community or DoD mission environments.
