Salary: $161,436 - $218,415 per year

What you will do

• Define the overall engineering vision and drive technical strategy across enterprise platforms.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable system architectures and design patterns.
• Develop "paved path" frameworks to improve developer experience and reduce cognitive load.
• Lead the resolution of critical production incidents and optimize CI/CD components for stability.
• Mentor and coach engineers across the organization and participate in talent recruitment.
• Collaborate with product, design, and senior leadership to align technical investments with business ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in an engineering role.
• 5+ years of experience leading high-performing technology teams.
• Proven ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Active participation and leadership within the broader technology community.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by 401k, HSA, and FSA benefits).
