Your Experience:
✔️ Fluency in Russian, English is a plus
✔️ 5+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally with web projects (5+ years overall in IT)
✔️ Hands-on experience in technology and software engineering practices
✔️ Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
✔️ Ability to make informed technical decisions and apply best delivery practices
✔️ Experience in hiring, evaluating, and developing team members
✔️ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage senior-level teams
✔️ Ownership of process excellence and a results-driven mindset

Your Responsibilities:
🔹Take full responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
🔹Drive results by effectively managing timelines and resources
🔹Monitor and enhance the productivity and efficiency of feature teams
🔹Support teams in overcoming blockers and implementing practices to optimize delivery processes
🔹Manage expectations of multiple key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
🔹Act as a communication bridge between teams and top management, providing transparent and timely updates
🔹Lead and implement change practices to improve workflows and adapt to evolving business needs
🔹Manage a senior-level team, fostering growth and maintaining high performance
🔹Support recruitment, performance evaluations, and professional development within the team
