What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality web experiences using React.js and Vue.js.
• Take end-to-end ownership of web features from design through rollout and iteration.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver performant, accessible experiences.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, bundle size, and loading speed.
• Leverage AI tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation to boost productivity.
• Drive improvements to web architecture, tooling, processes, and conduct peer code reviews.
• Mentor engineers and lead on complex web development challenges across distributed teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years software development experience building production-scale web applications.
• Deep proficiency in React.js (or similar) for complex SPAs, front-end architecture, state management, routing.
• Experience with modern tooling (Webpack/Vite, npm/yarn, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Integration with backend APIs (REST/JSON, GraphQL) and focus on performance, accessibility, security.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in development lifecycle with examples of productivity gains.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and ability to ship code frequently in agile environment.
• Work with distributed teams across time zones; U.S. work authorization required.

Nice to have

• Fullstack experience with backend services, AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS), Docker, databases (MySQL, DynamoDB).
• Observability tools like Datadog.
