What you will do

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Build high-availability click routing, attribution, and retailer optimization pipelines and flows.
• Write clean, efficient code and automated tests while troubleshooting production issues.
• Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability at massive scale.
• Drive tasks to completion, take ownership, and identify process improvements.
• Work with distributed teams across time zones in a fast-paced agile environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Bachelor's or master's in Computer Science or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Expertise in scalable databases like PostgreSQL; experience with MySQL, DynamoDB, or Cassandra
• History of designing/building scalable distributed systems in cloud (AWS ECS, Lambda, RDS)
• Experience with Golang (preferred), Python, or Java; containerization (Docker/Kubernetes); CI/CD (GitHub Actions/CircleCI); IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• Built scalable APIs (REST); observability (DataDog); feature flags/A/B testing
• Excellent communication skills; ability to model complex systems
