Location: Remote or Hybrid (Must be based in Brazil)

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain highly scalable backend services using Go.
- Own critical services for Package Protection, Returns Protection, Claims, and Tracking.
- Evolve distributed systems and event-driven architectures to process high transaction volumes reliably.
- Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs for internal products and external partners.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and observability across production services.
- Mentor engineers through technical leadership and design reviews.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience scaling backend systems.
- Proficiency with Go or another modern backend language.
- Experience with AWS and deploying distributed systems in production.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as CockroachDB or DynamoDB.
- Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
- Must be based in Brazil.
