What you will do

• Lead discovery and delivery of data-centric features for reporting tools, ensuring high adoption.
• Define outcome-oriented roadmap backed by KPIs, focusing on data accuracy and user engagement.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data Engineering, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Conduct customer research with B2B users to translate data needs into feature requirements.
• Take full ownership of the product area, setting independent goals aligned with company vision.

Requirements

• 3-5 years Product Management experience, at least 1 year in B2B SaaS focused on data or reporting.
• Hands-on with analytics tools like Tableau, Metabase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Strong agile/scrum knowledge and experience with engineering teams.
• Superior communication to articulate data plans to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to convert data to insights (share a specific story).
• AI proficiency for prompting, prototyping, research; understanding of fine-tuning and human-evaluation.
• Adaptability and agility based on data-driven insights.

Nice to have

• Experience in data-heavy industries (LMS, Reporting, Logging).
• Track record building/scaling B2B reporting dashboards.
• Technical background for data pipelines discussions.
• Cybersecurity knowledge (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).
