Salary: US$115,000–$125,000 annually

• Collaborate closely with multicultural engineering teams and product owners to deliver high-quality software.
• Solve complex problems using strong computer science fundamentals in system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Develop and ship customer-loved code in a continuous delivery environment.
• Contribute new ideas and techniques for continuous team improvement.
• Leverage a variety of technologies and quickly learn new concepts as a strong generalist.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English - both written and spoken
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in system design, data structures, and algorithms
• Strong background in Python development
• Experience with modern Javascript (ES6+)
• Curious with a growth mindset and passion for continuous learning
• Results driven, focused on shipping high-quality code

Nice to have

• Experience with modern Python frameworks like Django, FastAPI, Flask, SQLAlchemy
• Experience maintaining, building, and optimizing REST APIs
• Experience with React
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
• Experience working with engineering teams and product owners to deliver products
