Senior Fullstack Engineer

TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (Microsoft Edge): Design, develop, and operate cloud-scale management services for enterprise browser experiences with an accent on service integration, security, and productivity features. Focus on building multi-tenant microservices, integrating with Microsoft 365 and platform services, and delivering end-to-end solutions for IT admins and end users.

Location: Redmond, United States (within 50-mile commute; expected to work from office at least 4 days per week)

Salary: USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year (USD $158,400 – $258,000 in San Francisco Bay area and New York City)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and operate Microsoft Edge Management Service at cloud scale using Azure, Redis, and internal frameworks.
• Build and integrate Edge with mid-tier and backend cloud services across Microsoft ecosystem.
• Collaborate with partner teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end enterprise experiences.
• Participate in full feature lifecycle including design, implementation, code reviews, testing, and deployment in agile environment.
• Engage with customers to incorporate feedback and enhance product impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python (or equivalent)
• Experience building scalable cloud-based services and full-stack solutions.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree AND 6+ years or Bachelor’s AND 8+ years experience (or equivalent).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.
• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environment.
