Salary: $94,389 - $127,703 per year

What you will do

  • Design and implement technology solutions ensuring stability, scalability, and resilience.
  • Participate in low-level design for specific product areas and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Debug code and analyze complex log files to troubleshoot and resolve product defects.
  • Collaborate in product planning and assist the team in decomposing complex technical work.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, providing training and technical guidance to resolve software issues.
  • Participate in the interview process and panel evaluations to recruit new technical talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 to 5 years of professional engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and industry standard practices.
  • Experience with system design concepts that prioritize security and stability.
  • Proficiency in querying databases for data lookup and updates.
  • Must be based in the USA to be eligible for company benefits and employment.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the Financial Services industry.
  • Previous experience as a coach or mentor for other team members.
